Abdullah Bin Abbas (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “The Shaitan sticks to the heart of the child of Adam. When he does Dhikr (remembrance) of Allah, he (the Shaitan) runs away from him. And when the child of Adam becomes careless from the Dhikr of Allah, the Shaitan begins to put was-wasah (evil suggestions) into his heart.” [Bukhari]
